• What are your packaging options?

  Standard pack size is 25kg. Packaging is double lined polypropelene bags in cardboard boxes.

• What is your minimum ordering quantity (MOQ)?

  For single species powders and our blends, 25kg. For custom blends, 100kg. For specialty species, 200kg.

• Can you do a special blend for us?

  Of course. Contact us here for your special needs.

• Do you import any of your mushrooms?

  No. All our mushrooms are grown in our lab facility in Silicon Valley, California. 

• Do you provide certificates of analysis for all your products?

  Yes. We test and certify every batch. A COA will be provided to you prior to shipment. 

Orders & Shipping

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes. We can ship to any destination served by major carriers.

• Can I track my order?

  We are working on a self-service portal that will enable you to track your order in production all the way to shipping and delivery.

• What are your shipping terms?

  All our shipments are FOB Origin.

Products

• What species do you have in stock?

  Look at our mushrooms and blends pages for products we carry in stock. We are continuously producing and shipping inventory to our customers. We also maintain a large library of species (not listed on our website). 

• What is the shelf life of your products?

  Our products have a minimum of 3 years shelf life.

• Can I visit your facility?

  We are not open to the public, but if you are a business interested in working with us, we would love to meet you and give you a tour of our facility. Please contact us to set up a time. We don’t do drop-in visits.
